Issue #1 – March 2026
The first issue of the eREGENERATE newsletter introduces readers to our ambitious Horizon Europe project, which is developing a novel Direct Air Capture (DAC) technology based on hydrophobic zeolite sorbents, electrically conductive substrates, and fully electrified swing adsorption processes. This inaugural edition features a warm welcome editorial outlining the project’s four key innovations, including the synthesis of hydrophobic zeolites capable of capturing CO2 in humid conditions, the development of electrically conductive substrates for efficient energy transfer, and a fully renewable energy-powered swing process. Readers will also find an introduction to selected consortium partners, including Angler Solutions, CERTH, EDIBON, and IFEU, and their vital roles in driving the project forward. The newsletter highlights our sustainability commitment through Life Cycle Assessment and stakeholder engagement, and shares highlights from our successful kick-off meeting hosted by SINTEF in Oslo in October 2025.
